  10.     If you have trouble playing the video clip, double click on 
  11.         the Video for Windows Runtime installation icon in the Kent State
  12.         University group.  This will install the appropriate files to
  13.         your computer to run the video.
  14.  
  15.     If you receive the error message, "InitFullDblist index tag
  16.     (tempindex) is invalid", you may need to increase the file 
  17.     handles in your CONFIG.SYS file to 80 files.  If you have
  18.     question as to how to do that, please call technical support.
  19.  
  20.     Certain searches, where a large number of records will be found (ex.
  21.     searching for "United States" in country field) may take some time.  
  22.     Please be patient while the list is being generated and sorted.  
  23.     The CANCEL button will cancel the search and always take you to 
  24.     the scrolling list, where the full database will be displayed.
